This weekend myself and Kristabel headed to beautiful Bath on Friday.

An amazing city which I had never explored before. Luckily with a few handy Pinterest boards and some tweets later we were set for a fun filled weekend ahead. Perhaps I will do a city guide and share more details of what we got up to, watch this space.

Here I'm wearing my new favourite outfit and my usual dressing like a child. Is there an age when you need to start dressing like a grown up? I hope not as dungarees are definitely a wardrobe staple of mine lately.

You may notice something a little different in this post and that would be, my hair! Or lack of. 

Thursday night I headed to the lovely George Northwood Salon on Wells street (just a short walk from Oxford Circus) and thanks to stylist Fer I went for the Chop. After debating it for a while, it was time for a change and no better place to do it than in the expert hands of Fer and the Bob bar. COLUMBIA ROAD.

Every Sunday Columbia Road overflows with bucketful’s of beautiful flowers (and people).  I wouldn’t say it’s the most relaxing of ventures, imagine the London underground but with moving plants and the sounds of "peonies for ten pounds" in your best cockney accent.

I love it! I could spend all day wondering the stalls and of course I couldn’t resist buying a bunch.

Today’s outfit of choice was white. First fact learnt upon moving to London, white is not practical when travelling on the tube! Although my jeans survived the journey here, my poor Clarks sandals have gotten dirty. With that said, I haven’t had these off since they arrived and I can predict these are already my favourite summer sandal. You can never own too much metallic? Am I right?

SUNNY-DAY UNIFORM.

Denim is my go to this season and when you've exhausted jeans, dresses, A-line skirts and dungarees. It only seems right to add a jumpsuit into the mix and my collection is complete. Jumpsuits are a gift, just throw them on and you've got yourself an outfit - like this one from JackWills. This has literally been my sunny-day outfit of choice lately, for warm days when bare legs aren’t quite there yet.

We took these snaps around Notting Hill, one of my favourite areas of London. Who could get tired of looking at the rows pretty colourful houses, am I right. 

Sarah and myself wonder around the quint little backstreets and found this absolute gem to take some blog photos. She has just started her blog but it’s already one you should bookmark. Not only is she a genius when it comes to copy but she’s got an awesome wardrobe and is one of the loveliest ladies I know.

HELLO SUNSHINE.

Suns out, legs out!

The story of this dress dates back to last year, sipping hot tea and perusing the rails and dreaming of warmer days at the Cath Kidston press day.

Fast forward to a few months ago when it came online and I got it. The days past and I was yet to wear the dress that was now getting bored hanging in my wardrobe. UNTIL NOW! The good weather is finally here and this little chambray number has her moment in the sunlight.

We took a little walk to Chiswick House today which I’m so lucky to have on my doorstep. You’ll be seeing a lot of it this summer, so stay tuned.

Staying true to my inner child we fed the ducks and got some icecream. Perfect Sunday behavior if you ask me.
