A challenge set by Missguided to take some snaps for a day in the life in my shoes. Literally.
If you follow my instagram @kimlovesclothyou can see what I got up to last Wednesday walking about the streets of London but for now the narration goes something like this.
Waking early for a full day ahead, I decided to wear my new gingham cigarette trousers and denim shirt from Topshop. It was so lovely and warm I threw caution to the wind and even left my coat at home. *Living on the edge kim*
These Missguided ankle boots are the perfect transitional shoe, the style of a boot but with a weave which makes them much more summery and cool and after a day walking London they didn’t hurt either giving them extra good shoes bonus points.
Setting off into Oxford Circus for a quick snoop around Selfridges (it’s too hard to resist) and cooling down with a yummy Starbucks Frappuccino… I finally met up with the lovely Kristabel and off we wondered through the streets of Marylebone; an area of London I don’t visit enough.
A cute little corner was decided upon and blog snaps where taken, just before heading onto the prettiest location of them all at The Landmark hotel for a Reiss Press afternoon. It was so lovely to be treated to high tea alongside viewing the gorgeous new high summer collection. Featuring the cutest pastel short suit.
It's not often I get to attend press days not living in London, so it was a jam pack few days hitting up Radley and Miss Selfridge the day before.
