Just a quick post from me tonight… but couldn’t wait to share this Kate Moss dress. It was love at first site when the lookbook was released and I waited patiently for it to be launched online. I actually ended up with two different versions, one with a zip up the front which was the only one online and one without a zip which I found in store.

In the end, I decided on this one as I loved the more retro look; feeling slightly like 1950’s housewife when I swoosh about it in. Made from a gorgeous heavy material however this does cause problems when getting the side zip over the thick seam.

Feeling vintage I opted for some peep toe shoes from Office, a lot of you guys have been asking about them after I posted this snap on instagram. Unfortunately these are from last year but I’ve had a little look online tonight and linked some similar ones I think worth a look. They are called Lightening Strike, which might be worth an ebay search. 

Finally no retro glam look is complete without some red lipstick. Thanks to Rachel at the Mac counter – we picked out Lady Danger and I think it’s now my new favourite!

As i'm sure you're aware, blog award season is upon us again - and this time it's Cosmopolitan. Last year I won 'Best New fashion blog' - all thanks you guys! I actually never thought I would have a chance... I still can't believe so thank you!

I'd love to have the opportunity again and this time I'm all grown up having been blogging now for 2 years wow!

My favourite summer jacket ever comes in the form of this beauty from Free People! FINALLY Take 10 has got organised and we are back with a bang. Welcoming Remi as our newest member which is rather exciting. 
This month Free People chanelleged us to style our favourite jackets from the collection and the ladies didn't disappoint. I love seeing how one brand can suit 10 completely different people and styles.

So like I said, I went for this rather stand out ‘Devils Ally Embroidered Moto Jacket’ that I’ve been wearing ever since. It’s great for cooler summer days and perfect to dress up a simple jeans and T-Shirt combo, that I love to wear most days.

Teamed with a few new accessories, another amazing bag from Pauls Boutique. Totally obsessed with this new look they’ve got going on, check out the other bag here.

Of course some Clarksshoes. Again, do I wear or talk about anything else? These are super comfy and I wouldn’t expect anything else and finally a cute star necklace from Little Nell.

MAY FAVOURITES.

So I thought I would do a quick little post tonight and just share a few of my favorites this month. whadda ya think?

First was my super exciting news to be featured in Company Magazine, not to mention the digital edition yehhhh.  Today I’ve spent glancing through the virtual pages and munching on some delicious Candy Kittens. Yep, that's right.. those sweets Jamie Laing from Made in Chelsea has. I'm quite impressed.

The lovely Sophie Higginson was the hair and make up artist on the Company shoot (oh I wish she was around every day). She used straighteners to wave my hair and I’ve been doing it a lot myself ever since. Using these GHD Eclipse. I don’t know if this is something you’d like to see a tutorial on, but if so… let me know.

My straighteners were well overdue a renewal, they had lost a lot of their heat and having these I feel has reduced my hair breakage by not going over and over the same area to get it done.

Lastly I also got a new case from my phone from the lovely people at Sticky9 featuring all my instagram photos. Such a great idea!

A few products I’ve bought recently which I’ve been testing and thought I’d share.

First up, the Charles Worthington moisture seal shampoo and conditioner. Ok, I’m a sucker for nice packaging but I love to change up brands when it comes to washing my hair. These to feel like they add a lot of moisture to my hair but be carful if your hairs fine, I think they could verge on making it greasey.

Sanctuary Hot Cloth Cleanser – Onto my second purchase and my quest to find a cheaper alternative to Liz Earle. Guys, I think its almost there… maybe. Strong statement I know.

Feeling summer has arrived it's time to get that sun kissed glow, so I’ve be trying out these to new products.

Vita liberata  - the world’s first odorless fake tan. SOLD! 

I will say I got the colour medium and it was surprisingly not as dark as I thought it would be, I was quite nervous having been torn between light and medium, but its a good match.

Chanel soleil tan bronzer.

This is perfect now but I think it will be slightly too dark when I've lost a bit of my summer tan . It looks like a mouse but goes on like a powder, which is great as it wont break like all my Nars powders did.

Finally when the May BirchBox arrived I couldn’t have been more excited about the Harpers Bazaar collaboration and THAT box wow.

Even better it featured two favorites.  An old favourite Liz Earle; this is a perfect size for travel and I know some day soon I will succumb to its ways and buy it full size again. A new favourite, this benefit mascara; I’m using it in this photo and most definitely will be buying it in full size. Now BirchBox sell all the items you get in full size, all in one handy spot online. Easy peezy.

WAREHOUSE WEEKENDER.

I’ve been so excited to share this post with you guys, as this month I teamed up with Warehouse to bring you #warehouseweekender; Making sure your prepped for the best summer ever... whatever you get up to.

Warehouse challenged me to create  my very own edit - 'A Weekend at Benicassim', which was a perfect match, as I’ve always wanted to go. For those who may not be aware of it, Benicassim is situated in Spain. Sun, sea, sand AND music. Dreamy.

Warehouse has some amazing pieces for ss14 so the biggest problem I had was narrowing down what I could fit into a backpack.

Mesh geo jumper, Ring halter bikini and festival shorts 

Paisley Jumpsuit, Tooled leather satchel, Panama Hat and wrapped sandals.

I think jumpsuits are pretty handy for a warm festival excursion; this paisley jumpsuit and embroidered playsuit are just the ticket. Comfortable and lightweight perfect for some crowd surfing without a care in the world.

Of course we can’t go to the beach without a bikini and as green is my new favourite colour this caught my eye, worn under a mesh jumper.

Accessorising my whole look with a panama hat, wrapped sandals and the most amazing tooled leather satchel.

Oversized denim jacket, Embroidered playsuit and wrapped sandals.

As Belfast Victoria Sqaure is my local store I’ll be heading there to get my summer fix and part take in some sunglasses customisation Ooooo. So for the locals among us, it would be great to see you there between 12-6, do say hello :)
